Your side

What keeps the route fast

The desk can only move as fast as its inputs. A complete first submission removes the most common delays before they happen.

  • A clear specification — drawings, datasheets, photos or reference samples
  • Honest quantities, including realistic repeat-order intention
  • The destination and any certification the market requires
  • A timeline that distinguishes needs from wishes
  • A decision-maker reachable during negotiation windows

Questions

How the work runs

How long does a typical procurement take?
It depends on the product, the certification load and the logistics route. Standard catalogued items move in weeks; custom and made-to-order requirements take longer. After the requirement review you receive a realistic timeline — not an optimistic one.
Will we know which stage our requirement is at?
Yes. Each requirement carries a reference number and each stage has defined outputs. You are updated at stage transitions, and the desk is reachable between them.
Who signs the purchase contract?
Commercial agreements are made between you and the supplier. We coordinate the order, confirm terms in writing and keep the documentation set traceable — the award decision stays yours.
What happens if inspection finds a problem?
Findings are reported with evidence before shipment. Depending on severity, the route is corrective action with the supplier, re-inspection or escalation to you with options. Nothing ships on a failed inspection without your decision.

Step one takes five minutes.

Submit the requirement and the desk takes it from there — with a reference number and a named point of contact from the first reply.
