1. Acceptance and use of this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. You may use this site to learn about SourcingGenius LLC and to submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse the forms (including automated spam), not to attempt to access protected areas or storage, and not to scrape or republish site content commercially without permission. These terms apply to business and professional use.

2. Information, not an offer

Content on this site — including service descriptions, market notes and process descriptions — is provided for general information. It is not a quotation, an offer to supply, a warranty of any supplier’s capability, or professional advice for your specific transaction. Quotations and terms are issued in writing for defined requirements only.

3. Roles in procurement

SourcingGenius is a procurement and trade partner. Goods are produced and supplied by third-party manufacturers, exporters and distributors. Purchase contracts are made between the buyer and the supplier; our role is to source, verify, negotiate, coordinate and document that supply as described on this site.

4. Submissions you send us

You confirm that information and files you submit are yours to share and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may use them to perform the work you request. Do not send trade secrets you are not prepared to have processed for sourcing purposes; mark anything confidential and we will treat it accordingly within the engagement.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You may not use this site, our forms or any service we provide to engage in, promote or facilitate unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity. In particular, you must not use this site or any email service we operate to:

• Breach any applicable law, including data-protection law and laws against unsolicited commercial messages.
• Send spam, or email anyone who has not consented to receive it, or who has asked you to stop.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing or threatening.
• Conceal or misreport the source of a message or submission, including by forging sender or transmission information.
• Distribute malware, or interfere with the operation, security or availability of this site or our systems.
• Submit content relating to child exploitation, unlicensed gambling, payday lending, chain letters or pyramid schemes.

We may refuse, remove or block any submission or use that breaches these terms and, where appropriate, report it to the relevant authorities.

6. Email and communications

All email we send is governed by our Email, Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy and our privacy policy. When you submit a form you confirm that you are entitled to provide the contact details you give us and that the recipients of any information you ask us to send have consented to receive it.

7. Accurate registration and business information

You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your business when registering, submitting a form or corresponding with us, and not to register under a false name or on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent. We likewise describe our own business accurately on this site and do not claim certifications, offices or relationships we do not hold.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, structure and visual design belong to SourcingGenius or its licensors. Buyer specifications, drawings and product data remain the property of their owners and are used only for the purpose of the relevant engagement.

9. Third-party links

Links to external resources are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

10. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SourcingGenius is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Liability for procurement engagements is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local-law rights.
