02

Global Supplier Search

We search manufacturers, exporters and distributors across relevant markets.

03

Verification & Negotiation

Suppliers are reviewed and commercial terms are negotiated on your behalf.

04

Inspection & Logistics

Quality checks, freight and documentation are coordinated before dispatch.

05

Delivery & Documentation

Shipment is tracked to destination and the full document set is handed over.

Matching services to sectors

Sector context changes the service mix

Industrial procurement leans on verification and technical documentation. Retail sourcing leans on volume planning and packaging coordination. Project supply leans on logistics and milestone management. The service portfolio stays constant; the emphasis does not.

  • Specification-first sourcing — the requirement is defined before suppliers are approached
  • Comparable quotations — offers normalised against the same scope and Incoterms
  • Verification before introduction — supplier claims are reviewed before they reach you
  • Documentation through the route — from order confirmation to delivery papers

Questions

About the services

Can we combine several services for one requirement?
Yes. Most engagements combine lines — for example global sourcing plus supplier verification, then procurement management through to logistics coordination. Submit one requirement and the desk proposes the service mix that fits it.
Do you charge for the first review of a requirement?
The initial review of a submitted requirement — scope, sourcing options and route — is part of starting the conversation. Detailed sourcing work is scoped once the requirement is understood.
Do you handle small orders as well as programmes?
The process is the same for a single order and a recurring supply programme; what changes is the depth of verification and the logistics arrangement. State the quantity and the desk will tell you honestly whether the requirement is workable.

Not sure which service line you need?

Describe the requirement in plain language. The desk will map it to the right service mix and come back with a route.
