Compliance-conscious procurement, by default.

International trade carries obligations that do not appear on a price sheet. Screening, documentation and honest escalation are built into the sourcing route — not added on request.

How it works in practice

Where compliance sits in the ten-step route

Compliance checks are attached to the stages where they change decisions: requirement intake, supplier selection, and shipping.

01

Requirement screening

Every requirement is checked against restricted and dual-use goods categories, destination sanctions exposure and applicable import rules before supplier search begins. Requirements that cannot be routed compliantly are declined with an explanation.

02

Supplier-side review

Supplier verification includes business information review and documentation consistency checks. Certificates and test reports are requested, matched to the specification and checked for plausibility — inconsistencies are raised with the buyer before an order is placed.

03

Shipping & documentation

Logistics coordination works with established freight and customs partners, and the document set — commercial, transport and compliance papers — is checked for consistency before handover. Documentation gaps are treated as shipping blockers, not paperwork details.

Standing principles

What we will not do

  • Route goods where sanctions, export controls or embargoes prohibit it
  • Mis-declare value, origin or description to reduce duty or evade controls
  • Facilitate payments to obtain improper advantage in customs or licensing
  • Present certificates or test reports as verified beyond what was actually checked
  • Accept requirements that appear designed to disguise end-users or end-uses

What we ask of counterparties

  • Buyers: accurate end-use and destination information, and lawful use of sourced goods
  • Suppliers: genuine documents, honest capability claims and no misrepresented certifications
  • Both sides: patience with screening questions — they exist to keep routes open for everyone

Screening supports compliance decisions; it does not replace them. Final responsibility for import admissibility, licensing and duty treatment rests with the importer of record for each shipment.

A note on accuracy

This site intentionally avoids unverifiable claims — no invented certifications, client lists or performance statistics. Where compliance capability is described above, it describes our working method, not a regulatory licence. If a requirement needs a specific licence, certification body or legal opinion, we say so and point to the right professional.

Unsure whether a requirement can be routed?

Describe the product, destination and end-use. If it cannot be done compliantly, you will be told directly — and why.
